Movie Quality FX was founded by Robert Linehan in 1996 when he was a fledgling special effects artist living the dream in Southern California. Working from movie set to movie set, like a gypsy, he worked his way through film school and began writing screenplays.

In 1997 he graduated from Hollywood Film School and began working with some of the best special effects artists in the business. Honing his skills and improving his technique, he went back to school and earned a business degree.

In 1998, Robert invented a Halloween product that actually bled when you sprayed them with water (some pictured above) along with a specialized 'Movie Quality' line of latex, blood gels and blending kits.

In 2000, Robert Produced his 1st movie "Eddie's Night Out" and decided to sell his Movie Quality FX company and pursued his producing career and his passion of being a gourmet chef. You can get some of his award-winning recipes on his personal website www.robertlinehan.com

After a long career cooking and working in the movie business, the original company was abandoned and left for dead. Since then, Robert has re-aquired the website and rights to all of his original works.
